How we help
We only do family law, and we only take on as much as we can do well. You will always know who is handling your case and what the next step is.
Since 2022 nobody has to blame anyone to get divorced in England and Wales. We make the application, deal with the court and keep you told at every stage, so the paperwork is the least of your worries.
No-fault divorce from the application to the final order, and help deciding what to do if you are not sure yet.

Court fees are set by HM Courts and Tribunals Service and paid on top. You may be able to get help with them if you are on a low income.
